DEPOSITS, RESCHEDULING
CANCELLATION, LATE-SHOW
& NO-SHOW POLICY

DEPOSITS All treatments require a booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking. 

RESCHEDULES  you must give at least 72-hours notice to reschedule in order to roll your deposit forward to your new appointment time. Reschedule can be made three times with adequate notice, once you change your third appointment, you will no longer be able to change your appointment, your deposit will forfeit and you will need a new deposit to secure a new appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS  If canceled 3 days (72-hours) in advance, the deposit will be returned.

 

REFUND AND RETURN  We do not accept refund and returns of any product and service. If a product is defective, we will send it back to the manufacturer for review and have them issue a replacement.

 

LATE SHOWS  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule you and you will be charged a $30 late and reschedule fee. Please, arrive before 5 min advanced.

NO-SHOWS and  NO - CONTACT  will forfeit their deposit and  any future bookings will require a new deposit.

NO-CHILDREN, PHONE and COMPANY For health and safety reasons mobile phones must be turned off prior to treatment. 

We are committed to providing our clients with the best availability at the time of booking. These policies are in place so that clients that wish to be on a waiting list for a earlier spot can be contacted. We want to make sure everyone is being treated fairly including our Artists. We respect your busy schedule and would like to kindly ask that you respect ours.
